They really seem to have outdone themselves with this one. I've never done that in GTAIV or The Lost and Damned, so I thought that was pretty cool and wondered if they added that possibility for Gay Tony. While playing Gay Tony last night, I crashed into another car so hard it burst into flames. I've said this many times, but one thing I like about the driving is that now it seems to give crashes so much more of a bone-shattering impact. I will admit that I don't have as much fun driving around in GTAIV as I did in the older games because of the more difficult steering, but once you get the hang of it, it can still be pretty enjoyable. Many complained about the driving, and while it is more difficult and less arcade-like, I think it's pretty cool. I think GTA matured with GTAIV, and I like that. Even the tallest building in Liberty City doesn't seem that high, though, so I think I'll have to jump out of a helicopter to really get the most out of it. I can't believe the soundtrack is entirely new and doesn't contain any of the songs from GTAIV (It's a bummer those songs are gone, but very impressive they still managed to make an all-new huge said: Regardless, I think they will tone down the realism of the driving just a little for the next one and will ease up on all the drifting and sliding. I did that in GTA 4 but it just wasnt as fun as the others because of the limitations they had to have in place to keep a realistic ("lol") Heh, I'm not there yet. "Yeah, I know that when I think of GTA I still think of just messing about for about 40 hours. I wanna ramp a jetski off the wake of a pontoon boat ahd shit. I can't picture myself having that much fun if the next one is spread out islands unles they vastly improve the water physics.

I spent most of my free time driving the countryside and listening to music. I also hope it's much larger like GTA SA was. I hope a lot of the minor tweaks to the formula added by Chinatown Wars should also be kept (such as filling up bottles at a gas station to make molotovs). I want to get buff, improve my skills, have sex appeal, grow a gang and become a kingpin. I remember when GTASA came out it was up against Fable, and it turned out I could role-play better in it than an actual RPG. They seem to be slowly doing that, but it feels pretty shallow compared to GTASA. Frankly I would like them to bring back more of a role-playing aspect. I for one welcome the more extreme missions, however I do not feel they are cartoony like older GTA or that sorry excuse known as Saint's Row. They entirely rebuilt the game and wanted to start fresh.
